Located in a hamlet, 2 km from the town of Belley, this spacious and fully renovated gîte welcome you in typical rural housing

The holiday cottage, independent, new and comfortable, is in a set of rural buildings without any overlook. You will have at your disposal an own open garden with a view on the forest and a parking space.

Ground Floor
Living roomto with integrated kitchen area and well equipped (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sticks vitreous ceramic, mini electric oven, barkeeper(coffeepot), kettle, toaster). Dining room and corner sofa.

Ground floor chamber with traditional 140 cm large bedding, direct arrangement and view on the nature.

Bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin, raised toilets and towel dryer

1st Floor

Large family room (40 m2), 2 places big traditional bed (2 x attached 90 cms beddings)

Relaxing space: lounge with a convertible sofa (bedding of 140 cms once opeend, Television set with DTT demodulator and cables HDMI, Board games – Books and various magazines

Polar blankets and pillows are supplied (sheets and pillowcases have to be brought )

Outside
Big lawned field, garden furniture and barbecue provided. Smokers will take advantage of the sheltered terrace for the pleasure of all.

Animals are not admitted.
